Joe and I just heard of Dona's passing. I feel very sad as I have been in contact with Dona and she was a real fighter. She had many health issues  these last years but was telling me how much better she was feeling.

I have fun memories of Dona. We shared the same sense of humor in high school and spent a lot of time laughing and not studying! Years later we would be on the same commuter bus once in a while and catch up and share high school stories and laugh our way back from San Francisco. Dona will be missed. She said he had hoped to come to the reunion if health permitted. Alas, I wish she coud have come.

I was very sad to learn of Dona's passing as I had talked to her as recently as last month and, in spite of all her medical issues, seemed optimistic that her health was finally taking a positive turn. I was present at her marriage to Joe Remillard a few years ago and she was glowing to  have found someone to cherish as much as she had cherished her late husband Ronald Fenton.  Dona and I reconnected whenever there was a class reunion, had lunch, and chatted about memories and life in general.  She was a very artistic, creative woman with a marvelous sense of humor.  She was so looking forward to this 50th reunion. Dona will be remembered in our hearts and treasured in our memories.
