Paul Bromham

Paul Joseph Bromham died Tuesday, December 28, 2010 from complications related to diabetes and heart disease. He was 68 years old. Paul was born June 18, 1942 in San Francisco and raised in San Rafael.

A loving and devoted family man, he resided in Sonoma County for the past 32 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Moira, of 43 years and their children: Eric, his wife Ingrid and daughter Maggie, Neil and his wife Toosdey, Alicia and her husband Deken and sons Paul, Brayden and Rowen.

Paul was ordained a Permanent Deacon for the Catholic Church in 1994, and served at both St. Elizabeth Seton Parish in Rohnert Park, and Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish in Windsor. He was active in both detention ministry and the St. Vincent de Paul Society.

Donations can be made in his name to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Greater Bay Area Chapter 49 Stevenson St., Suite 1200, San Francisco, CA 94102.

Paul, I'll never forget you. You're good humor, laughter and big smile will be missed. I missed you at the reunions and always wondered what happened to my buddy. I see from the obit, you had a good family and were active in the Church. That's wonderful. I would have expected no less from a great guy like you. God bless you, Paul. You will always be in my prayers; not for you, but rather to you.

Melodie Yoell (Behm)

   I have very fond and dear memories of Paul. We went to a few dances in HS. We did not dance as much as we did laugh. He had a wonderful sense of fun. Our brothers were very good friends so we had that close tie as well. He would come over to the house often during the years and always, always we sat around drinking coffee and sharing good times. I knew before the reunion that he was not well. His wife informed me of his ill health. He was wonderful and the world is less without him.
